A Long and Thicke blast from the past

Long and Thicke have been fitness nuts since...well since ever.
at ten years old and fresh off their iron kid bike marathon, Long and Thicke stop to showcase their pumped prepubescent bods for the camera.
After this picture was taken there was a neighborhood warning that all fathers should lock up their daughters whenever these two studs were in town (a warning that still stands to this day!)

Bake me up, Buttercup!

A couple of Julia Child junior's in training. The boys rolled in the New Year by making their special croissants that were such a hit just a year earlier when they were only eight!
Their baking skills may have been ahead of their time, but their fashion sense was in desperate "knead" of attention.

Going surfing, going surfing!

You take your car to work while Long and Thicke take their boards! That's right Long and Thicke like to hit the beach just before the end of the season and say "see ya later" to the waves that have given them so much summer loving.

Hey guys, nice sticks, dudes! Sure ya got enough sex wax on those, there's gonna be a whole lot of shredding going on!

Long and Thicke catch their first wave together as per a tradition that started when they first went out together oh, so many years ago.

Hey Long, look out below!!!! Long wasn't having too great of a day (as you can see) but he didn't let that stop him from having fun, just look at that smile!

But Thicke, on the other hand, was cutting up waves like a Benihana chef on prom night!

And then finally the after surf milkshake.

Long and Thicke in Miami!

Here are some photos from Long and Thicke's recent expedition to the HOTTEST place on earth MIAMI FLO-RIDA.


This is just after they touched down. Long wants a quick pic for his facebook page!


Now it's just a quick stop off to get some Ink. Thicke can't help but get a tat when he's in Miami.

After the ink they hop in the Limo and head to the club. Long and Thicke's limo is ALWAYS stocked with Cuban cigars and a gallon of Crown Royale (just like Kim Jong Il!)


At the club Long throws down some sick beats and really gets it going. They both party until four AM!!!

But even when they get back to the room Long and Thicke are still a force to be reckoned with. They start an impromptu dance party at 5 AM that don't stop until they are on the boat!


They go fishing at six thirty AM because just like Thicke needs his Ink, Long needs his fish.



A happy accident happened while they were out on the water! Long and Thicke busted a major drug shipment from Colombia! Way to go guys!



Just before they left the Paris of Florida Long and Thicke thought a little Vanity shoot wouldn't be out of order considering the day's events.
